We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to help us provide an excellent service experience to our customers. 

About The Role
  • Handling clients via Calls & Email Correspondence are the major tasks.
  • Needs to perform business requirements & trend analysis for client satisfaction & profitability.
  • Applicant must have good listening power and communication skills with American accent.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
  • Responding promptly to client inquiries.
  • Communicating with client through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving client complaints.
  • Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Team player with proven ability to develop strong working relationships within a matrix organization.
  • Technical/Functional Expertise: Customer Service, Provider Services.
  • Take ownership of resolving matters with clients by referring problems to designated people and ensuring proper follow-up.
  • Ability to manage social media tasks.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Computer Proficiency.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • 2 years experience working in a customer-facing role (sales, support, hospitality, etc.)
Nice to haves:
  • Direct support experience.
  • Technical/coding experience (This includes VoIP, email, network management, APIs, etc)
