We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to help us provide an excellent service experience to our customers.
About The Role
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Handling clients via Calls & Email Correspondence are the major tasks.
- Needs to perform business requirements & trend analysis for client satisfaction & profitability.
- Applicant must have good listening power and communication skills with American accent.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward clients at all times.
- Responding promptly to client inquiries.
- Communicating with client through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving client complaints.
- Knowing our services inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Keeping records of client interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Ensure client satisfaction and provide professional customer support
- Team player with proven ability to develop strong working relationships within a matrix organization.
- Technical/Functional Expertise: Customer Service, Provider Services.
- Take ownership of resolving matters with clients by referring problems to designated people and ensuring proper follow-up.
- Ability to manage social media tasks.
Nice to haves:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Computer Proficiency.
- Excellent communication skills
- 2 years experience working in a customer-facing role (sales, support, hospitality, etc.)
- Direct support experience.
- Technical/coding experience (This includes VoIP, email, network management, APIs, etc)
