We are looking for an Accountant / Accounts Officer
  • Manages the financial bookkeeping and keep accurate records for all daily transactions
  • Record payments and track expenses and cross-check them
  • Record accounts payable and accounts receivable function and maintain appropriate records
  • Entering financial information and maintaining all financial records
  • Maintain Bank Balance information Maintain Petty Cash records
  • Maintain Cash Journal records
  • Maintain Cash Book data entry Ensure all ledger are accurate and up-to-date Cheque processing
  • Cash Voucher posting
  • Bank Dealing Excellent in Microsoft Excel Reconcile bank statement
  • Ensure company financial accounts, such as credit cards or bills, are paid on time Handle payments, file maintenance, legal cases and petty cash recording. 
  • Manage cash handling, daily bank reconciliation and vendor dealing.
  • Any other senior level task assigned by HOD 
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Strong demonstrable writing and computer skills.
